PTO Walk-a-Thon Coming Up September 27!
We are excited to announce that Harrison Junior School will be hosting out first ever PTO Walk-A-Thon on September 27th and we would love for you and your child to be a part of this fun and engaging event! We are helping build the PBIS program at HJS and supporting other classroom needs at both HJS and WHHHS. As always, 100% of money goes back to the schools, students, and staff. Donations will be accepted between now and September 25th!
Event Details:
- The HJS Walk-A-Thon will be held Friday, September 27th from 1:00-2:15 PM at the Harrison High School Football Stadium. At the start of the Walk-A-Thon there will also be water balloons available for $1 (CASH ONLY) for students to throw at their teachers and principals!
Donation Options
- $10 Donation: Students can enjoy a special out-of-class experience and join us on the track for the Walk-A-Thon
- $20 Donation: In addition to the out-of-class experience, students will receive a Walk-A-Thon t-shirt and a delicious, shaved ice treat!
- Cash
- Venmo – Please make sure the payment includes STUDENT NAME, GRADE, & 1ST BELL TEACHER for proper credit.
Individual Competitions
- The top 10 contributing students will win a Pizza Lunch!
- The top 5 contributing students will win:
- 1st Place: $125 plus a candy prize
- 2nd Place: $100 plus a candy prize
- 3rd Place: $75 plus a candy prize
- 4th Place: $50 plus a candy prize
- 5th Place: $25 plus a candy prize
Class Competitions
- The First Bell class that raises the MOST MONEY will win a trip to Whitewater Whippy Dip for FREE Ice Cream!
