Robotics - About Us
Harrison Robotics, VEX Teams 11254, are based at William Henry High School in Harrison, Ohio. Established in 2021. This year, we are comprised of 25 bright students, all enrolled in a variety of Project Lead the Way engineering classes through a partnership with Great Oaks and Southwest Local Schools. Through VEX Robotics, our team hopes to impact the community with numerous STEM programs and services. One such program is the Robotics Camp which we hold every summer, where 36 children are provided with high school mentors who teach them how to construct Vex robots step-by-step, and then compete in a small-scale tournament. This camp represents a valuable learning opportunity for the children who attend, providing important experience in the engineering process.
